    agreed...but there is a sense of obligation that I feel, nonetheless, that's pretty heavy.

    the particular restaurant is no longer there...it's something else now...but it's a national chain you all would know. my understanding is that health inspectors traced back more than a few cases originating from that particular store.

    Red Lobster? I don't know of many seafood chains 26 years ago except maybe this one.

    Do you still eat seafood?

    Nice miracle true story. You should be on that show with that guy who played Hank Williams Jr. in the "Hank Williams Jr. Story" made-for-TV movie. Forget his name but he had a miracle show on some weird channel for a while.

    I don't think I've ever heard this story. Not only am I thankful that you survived because I've got a great friend now, but, judging on what you told me the day I found out about my sister and her baby, I'm thankful that your Mom didn't lose you.

    He was screaming "Nooooo" at tort reform at a young age obviously. :D

    Well I don't know what the appropriate statement would be in a situation like this other than umm... "glad you're here". ;)
