“Gregory McMichaels stated he and Travis got in the truck and drove down Satilla Drive toward Buford Drive. Gregory stated when they arrived at the intersection of Satilla Drive and Holmes Drive, they saw the unidentified male running down Buford Drive. Gregory then stated Travis drove down Buford and attempted to cut off the male. Gregory stated the unidentified male turned around and began running down the direction from which he came and “Roddy” attempted to block him which was unsuccessful. Gregory stated he then jumped into the bed of the truck and he and Travis continued to Holmes in an attempt to intercept him.

Gregory stated they saw the unidentified male and shouted “stop, stop, we want to talk to you. Gregory stated they pulled up beside the male and shouted stop again at which time Travis exited the truck with the shotgun.”

They attempted to block him off 3 times for a citizen’s arrest that they had no legal grounds to conduct in the 1st place, and idiots on here are like “well why didn’t he just flee?” They cut off his route for escape multiple times, so all he had left to do was to fight.

As for that last sentence, it would be more accurate to say that “Travis blocked him off again, this time by standing out on the street with his shotgun in hand. At this point Arbery attacked his assailants and was killed.”
