I seriously thought Sherry's motives were merely to get back in David's good graces and reclaim what she thinks is rightfully hers, the title of "First Lady". I thought she only wanted to patch the family back together and remarry David. Damn was I wrong!
I just saw the show for the first time yesterday and it was pretty good. Didn't really understand the whole spy within the white house thing, if she is a spy anyway, but I'll be watching from now on. Pretty cool.
I bet it was something to the effect of "Nina... your pardon means nothing to me... I will kill you when this is all said and done." Of course, the two could be conspiring together or somethin... has anyone ever questioned Jack's involvement in all of this? I'm just kidding... its just that with a show like this, everybody seems suspicious...EVERYBODY. Also, I was wondering about this: How the hell was Marie supposed to get married that day if she knew that a bomb was going to go off and wipe out the entire city? Would she have been on her honeymoon by then? Additionally: the bomb is supposed to go off on this "day", so technically, we should know by midnight whether or not the bomb will be going off. Anybody have any gueses on what the show could focus on for the remaining 8 hours? I can't believe there's a whopping 14 episodes left of this AMAZING show.
