I've been a loyal watcher from hour 1, day 1 ("on the day of the California Presidential Primary"). I was one of the few watching the premiere (Mmmmm...Mandy). I have believed in this show from the get go. But I'm done. This show now officially sucks.
There's a mole in CTU? No way! GTFO! /sarcasm Maybe they made the whole Dana Walsh subplot suck so much so that you'd already hate her when she got revealed as a mole. PS - Jimmy James totally should have copped a feel before he died.
Good thing it's the final season. Honestly, I'm mostly watching for the unintentional comedy at this point (And every episode is coming through with flying colors in this regard. Hilarious stuff).
yep. Maybe this was intentional comedy, but I thought it was funny when Chloe said "I don't do well with praise". I was laughing out loud at some of her unintentional stuff while she was "taking over" the server room.. classic chloe I'm where BetterThanI was.. pretty loyal before, but i'm done. Will watch just to say i've watched all of them, but ugh

Jack bauer needs to end the show. Every season must include: Jack getting tourtures CTU getting hit a mole in ctu An absurd side story Dana was scared to execute a couple of punks and she calmly kills a cop, and what is a po doing out at 2.30am?
I'd rather see the potential movie. It'd be great to see what these guys would do with an obscene budget.
Yeah, but they way they're complaining about production costs, most are thinking the series won't be renewed.
The IRK has a mole in the FBI and CTU and the best they can do is a dirty bomb in Manhattan? Dana Walsh was hillbilly backwater trailer trash, with a record who somehow became a computer genius under another name, developed a love affair with a top level security agent but in all that she was a covert mole for a foreign Islamic terrorist organization? This season was soooo good, and now it's ruined. Stop the production, we're done here.
it was actually doing ok till the mole storyline popped up. really? that's the best the could do? we got a PI who shows up at midnight to look for a junkie and bother people during a national crisis....sigh they keep their backup servers at the same location? how safe. why didn't the terrorists just drive the EMP device to CTU themselves? why go through an elaborate plot of "Tarin helped her escape?"
stupid on the mole story. stupid on backup servers at the same loc..just doesn't happen with secure locations that could be potential targets. last part...one would assume that the girl had to drive the car through some preliminary checkpoint before getting to the tunnel right below CTU. In theory, she was let through because they knew she was coming and knew she was on the "good" side. At least that one was plausible to me
I still think its one of the better shows on tv, granted there isnt much to watch these days. The excitement may not be there as with the earlier seasons because we have seen it all before. Truthfully, there are only so many twists and turns writers can come up with.
As many people has seen this coming 24 is going to be canceled after this season. There has been only 2 shows I have watched from first season to last and that is 24 and Lost both ending after this season is kind of sad. 24 has lost its touch but after several seasons of fighting terrorists detecting moles in the government all great runs have to come to an end. I finally watched Monday's episode tonight. Seriously? another mole in CTU? after the last several moles, you'd think CTU would have a better screening process by now. the writers have gone BEYOND lazy at this point. thank goodness this is the last season. oh, and i'm glad i'm not the only one who was waiting for jimmy james to give dana walsh a purple nurple while she strangled him... shoulda copped that feel!!!
