Anyone else watch the Kings-Bobcats game on Saturday night? It was apparently "24" night there, which normally would be something I ignore. But Renee was there and they interviewed her at halftime. She said that when she moved to LA the Kings & Lakers were really going at it and she felt like being a rebel so she started cheering for the Kings.
These subplots get really annoying. Like the one CTU director that had her psycho daughter in the day care there, or the guy with the crackhead sister.
I'm assuming there has to be more to this subplot than what it is giving us currently, i.e. a twist. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if Dana is somebody's mole. The idea that someone can just work at a high security government facility like CTU with a name change that isn't even a few years old is just awfully silly...even for fiction. If all this little subplot is...is Dana getting exposed and arrested while losing her bf Jack Junior, then that will be really lame. But, it would probably be even stupider if she was a Russian syndicate assassin or spy tied to that idiot who shot his radiated son or something. If stalker boyfriend plot is all we get out of that, then the whole Dana character was just a complete waste of time and that tells me they just wanted to put another cute face in the picture to circumvent Chloe's hideous snarl.
Does anyone agree that Chloe has some just plain weird facial expressions? I can't tell sometimes, if it's a smirk, or if she's just plain pouting.
Agent walker going for the kill shot, and then jack taking out the knife and killing someone with it like nothing happened. Jack get beat up and stabbed and he is barely hurt.
Add to it, he was behind the couch and couldn't have seen anyone enter the room, yet he knew to sit up and throw the knife at the bad guys throat. Jack Bauer, psychic? Confirmed!
So, stalker boyfriend's dead, Jack and Renee finally getting together. That's two annoying subplots out of the way. Hunchback still alive though...
who's hunchback? Jenny Scott? Hastings? Farhad? Anyway, that Jenny Scott plot was even worse today...soooooo slow-moving. Really glad that's done.
