I wonder how the writers are going to explain that one.

So Tony is brought back from the dead and winds up being an undercover agent who is trying to unravel the government conspiracy. Then he helps prevent numerous terrorist attacks over the course of the day (Starkwood earlier in the episode!) only to turn yet again. Everything we've seen of Tony Almeida over the course of this show defies what we saw last night.

I'm not sure why the writers would want to bring him back only to have him killed off yet again. No one who goes up against Jack gets out alive. Actually if you go back and watch the earlier seasons Jack seemed to manhandle Tony everytime they had some sort of conflict.

First Buchanan, then Moss...they're killing the good guys who you would want back in future seasons.

I had a bad feeling about Tony the entire time. I was afraid of that guy when he was "patrolling" and thought that he would come back to get Tony, but thought that was strange when he didn't show up until later.

I guess they were working together all along and that guy with the cannisters obviously left on purpose for Tony to thrawt the earlier plan to get that one cannister? I also think that Moss isn't dead for some reason....

I hope Tony just knocked out Moss and he's really still good guy but acting bad now to infilitrate whatever Songalan organization the black dude is with.

Moss hasn't completed a full season of 24 nor was he very popular. I don't see why he would receive the silent clock.

I'm fairly certain he's dead. Unfortunately it looks like Tony has turned to the dark side.

    Moss is dead IMO.

Unless he is a coma, he will rat Tony out.

wasn't edgar in approximately the same boat? Or had he completed his 1st tour already? I can't remember now, too long ago..

edit: and how about Rudy/Sam (LOTR) ? He was definitely a 10-hour kinda guy from 1 season with a silent clock..

I think Moss isn't dead.Tony makes larry looks dead so the black guy can just leave them alone.I think that's why Tony didn't go with the black guy.He then want to somehow save Moss when no one is around(like season 3 when they killed Jack, but saved him moments later) ,and wait FBI to tell them what is really going on.

I refuse to believe Tony is a bad guy.He just want to get the bottom of this whole thing I guess, and go undercover untill he accomplish that.
