i think logan tipped off on jack. he told the bluetooth gang that "mr. bauer will be taken care of" my favorite quotes from last night "kill you, you are too valuable mr. bauer" "do you really think we would forget" "my status: oh, he's dead"
I'm hoping the Bluetooth group will come back next season. I'd like to know if they were the ones who hired Mandy to give Palmer the "Handshake of Near-Death" a few seasons ago. It would definitely be nice to tie together some of the show's mysteries from different seasons. An overarching evil organization responsible for most of Bauer's troubles would be awesome. And make the group French, so we can hate them even more!!
sorry to spoil it for you but max was behind the palmer handshake from hell. they cover the max storyline in "24: The Game" for PS2.
More Jack being badass... Most favorite quote: That's the President, Jack Chloe's ex knew better not to say anything else.
I found this on the Fox 24 forum: http://tvweek.com/docs/docs/24_5_23.mp3 An interview w/ Howard Gordon, executive producer of 24. Gordon said that they simply will not film Season 6 in China because Jack has to get back and getting him back would take at least 17 hours in "real time," by which time nothing much could happen back home.
Wrong answer to my question. When he was beat up and on the ground by the Chinese, he asked to make one phone call. Who was he trying to call?
Had to bump this as I finally saw the season finale...Just got back from Vegas, that's another story... I really love this show, but I have to agree the way Jack got taken was a joke...C'mon, he's Jack "Freakin" Bauer...I do like the set-up but though...24 in China... I like how Buchanon almost got his swirve on...Chloe and her ex, cool...Mrs. Logan, classic...All in all, I loved it, but again the ending was too gay...
It probably won't be in China. One of the producers said it would mess up the real time effect of the show because there'd be 18 hours of the show about Jack travelling back to America.
I think it would be tough to tie in CTU then. Because that would be like foreign territory CTU would be operating on you know? And I read somewhere that the producers didnt want to an east coast threat because of the time it would take getting Keifer the 3/4 hours from the west to the east coast every week. Somehow, I dont think they would want the 13 hours to China haha.
Listen to the interview w/ one of the producers and he explains why it can't be in China: http://tvweek.com/docs/docs/24_5_23.mp3
