How did Jack get perfect reception on his cell phone on the plane? I sometimes can't even get a signal at home. And to get patched into the cockpit in 10 seconds? Mmmkay.
F***! I missed the episode watching the NBA playoffs! Does anyone know of where/how I can watch this episode I missed? Is it repeated on some other channel or is it available on Google video or something? TIA.
i don't know anything for sure, but i'm pretty sure there are torrents available somewhere of all popular shows..
easy peezy. a lotta phones get cell reception on the plane now, depending on your height. But especially if you have one of those "newer" (compared to normal ones) kinda satellite phone things. Patched into the cockpit...chloe had karen hayes do it. you saw that...not that hard if CTU has access to a diplomatic flight.
SPOILER ALERT!!! Finally got to watch it...It was an ok episode...Karen helping was kinda cool, but predictable...Jack doing his thing to force the pilot to let him out of the baggage area and the cockpit door was alright...Funny how Cloe tazzered that guy at the bar... Next week looks better as there is only 4 episodes left..
SPOILERS An excellent episode, in my opinion. I could do without the Jack/Audrey love scene, but whatever. I think everybody figured that Logan wouldn't kill himself, and that the tape would be screwed up. Interesting that Miles (was that his name?) decided to turn his back on Karen Hayes and side with the president. Perhaps he was a mole all along... The Bierko escape was also predictable. My guess is that Audrey's father will come in and save the day after he gets out of the hospital. I can't figure out Henderson's role in all this. He must have family kidnapped by the Russians or something. His role confuses me. Only three more episodes, so we'll find out soon enough.
Pretty good episode. The President's had two close scrapes ending his term already. He's going to be the loose end that brings down those shady figures.
The bald dude represents the corporate interests that really control the world; think Bill Gates, super patriot or the shadowy head of the Carlyle Group. Politicians are subservient to the people who finance their campaigns so even the President might be bought. The corporate dudes have decided that they must maintain access to Russian oil to preserve the American way of life (and their power and profit) so they hatched this plot with Logan. Once you have the President on board, you can manipulate the unquestioning soldiers like Henderson. I think he was framed by the shadow group when Jack had him thown out of CTU. If he knew he was a patriot but was wrongly accused it would be easier to enlist him in the plot. I hope Gregory Itzin (President Logan) gets nominated for a Emmy for best supporting actor in a series. He's got that role down cold, though his physical resemblence to Nixon may work against him.
Great episode. Great acting. Every week is a treat for me, but I have no clue what Im going to do when Lost and 24 are over with.
I like how Curtis used the Jedi mind trick. "We are federal agents, these are not the fugitives you are looking for." Move along.
Passenger 57 was awesome last night...I never get tired of this show...Audrey looked hawt last night... It was interesting to see how Logan was thinking about doing his thing, but freakin Miles...ugh...what an a-hole... I can't wait for next week...3 episodes left and counting...
I'm thinking that Bierko wacks the Pres at the end, keeping the secret of his betrayal safe. Glad to Aaron is still alive, but he does not look good.
