Great episode. Is it just me, or have the past few weeks been the best episodes since Season 1?

Also, in case anyone missed it, I think that FX is re-running the episode tonight, 11:00 pm eastern. (It might conflict with the NBA playoffs, though, I forget whose playing. Which is the late game tonight?) :D

Using the magic of Tivo and the ability to pause live TV, my wife and I looked very closely at the scene of Chappelle's body during the coming attractions. When the terrorists lift up Chappelle's body, it looks as though there's a little blood on his head (and a hole) where he was shot. Therefore, I think Ryan (and his crooked nose) is truly dead.

What I'm taken aback by is Palmer's sudden turnaround towards terrorist threats.

In Season 2 he was adamant in his belief, repeatedly stating that "this presidency does not negotiate with terrorists"

suddenly he's wheeling and dealing like Monty freakin' Hall!!!!

    WTF?

And yes, the past few weeks have gotten back to season 1 status in my mind.

If this show truly is ending (no season 4), than they have license to kill of as many characters as they want, sans repercussions.

That's why I think Michelle is going to die in the season finale.

Next week looks awesome!!!! (won't spoiler it for others)

Why wouldn't there be a season 4. I'm pretty sure the show was renewed through next year.

Yes. The show will be back. (see link). Although I agree that there's a very real chance Michelle could actually die. They've had the balls to kill off Jack's wife, why not Tony's?

I didn't hear there would not be a season 4. I just assumed it. I didn't think the franchise could survive a fourth season and had finally run its course.

If someone has proof of season 4's existence, I'd love to see a link.

I can't fathom another plot line with Palmer and Bauer.

C'mon, you can't tell me you don't want to see President Palmer having to ask his ex-wife for help from her prison cell?!

    :D

Plus there is always the hope of Kim in her undies again. That alone is worth another couple of seasons.

    Freakin' Chappelle, gone...

That sux...I liked him and thought he would survive somehow...

I also didn't know he was the Priest in the Sopranos...At least he still has work...

    Michelle is still around...What BS...
