The_YOYO dont forget you have to come to Robertson Stadium next season and you know we will remember all of this smack you're talking.
yeah man, all 20,000 UH fans at "the rob" will be there to intimidate the **** out of your team YoYo. Watch out. tired of all those non bcs schools pissing and moaning about how they're treated unfairly. This curb stomping should quiet the b!tching for a while. you beat up on cream puffs week in week out and you expect to be ranked higher than teams who actually have a legit schedule.
Is that supposed to be directed toward UH?? Was anyone pissing and moaning in this thread or any other UH football thread over the past two seasons? We've all come to the realization it would take a near perfect season for anyone take us seriously so it's not like any Coog fan cried a river when we were outplayed out of a top 25 ranking. And as for last night, we've accepted the fact that UCLA put a better product on the field. I'm sure most of us still believe UH is the better team, but that's what part of being a fan is. Come off your high horse and don't b**** just because faith that we can play with the best of them.
I attended the game, just getting back home. Had pretty good sideline seats but no camera. 1) The onsides kick call in the first quarter was just STUPID. - UH called that off getting 3 points, not 7. So just off one first down by UCLA, they're right in field goal range and can get the 3 points right back The deficit was too narrow for that call. - Also UH got that 3 off a big TRICK play. They tried to make lightning strike twice, shoulda just accepted their luck on the reverse pass the first time. - By onsides kicking, UH is saying we can rely on our DEFENSE to hold the other team...the really stout defense that they have. That call basically killed the game. 2) UH coaching tried to get too cute with their playcalling. They were predictably unconventional. Instead of running right up the gut on a 3rd and 1, they try to do an end-around that loses a yard. On 1st and goal at the 2, instead of busting runs right off guard or tackle, they have Case roll out and throw right into traffic for an INT. I know thats part of their offense but they tried to over-scheme their way into the endzone from close instead of just busting in there. 3) Rebecca Haarlow was very easy to spot on the sideline. Some goobers shouted "Inez!" when they saw her. Weak.
overestimated Coogs, underestimated UCLA. we got whooped. i feel we got KGBed without the happy ending, "All your dreams, umph, hops down the ****in' drain": <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/YFF3E0Aqdlc?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/YFF3E0Aqdlc?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>
So is this enough to get rid of all the annoying UH bandwagon fans? Somehow after last years UTEP loss the bandwagoners reappeared somehow. Just wanna make sure they return to the Dynamo bandwagon or something. Very, very annoying people as a whole.
And? The non-BCS teams cannot control their conference schedule. All this game proved is UCLA was the better team. It speaks nothing towards Boise, TCU, Utah, etc. that have proved they can hang with the big boys.
Boise and TCU have proven themselves worthy. UH, well, some people here thought that would destroy UCLA. Not the case.
what exactly is wrong with Yoyo being loyal to his school? his team won and all the smack talk he drops is deserved based on what the others predicted .
oh god this thread is full of win.... the local LA radio guys were apologizing and eating crow, time for some here to own up... throwing out sig challenges and bold predictions, are you prepared to do the same when you get the beat down?
