    where do u rank parsons in the NBA right now? top 50?

    i think his absolute ceiling/best is #2 scorer on a playoff team advancing to the 2nd round. also top 12 ish defensively for the 3 position, just for the 30 starters at the 3 position. not off the bench D specialist

    Thats my point you got to spend some money to make some money. I love parsons but anyone on this list of 22 you HAVE
    to look long and hard in mirror and consider it.

    Numbers are looking approx 9-10th man all star.. For now at least.. Stock trending up of course!

    I would consider wade but not sure how I feel if I have to lose parsons in it. Wade was on the bubble. Kinda like zach randolph.

    Howard and Hibbert is twin tower force. Come on. Same with noah. Imagine how nasty a twin tower of noah and howard with harden.

    Duncan is duncan for 2 more years. Remember we are talking about Asik,Parsons,Lin,Beverly, Garcia,Picks!

    Rubio passing is like brazil soccer juga bonita. Rubio passing to howard and running the point is the one thing that just makes me cream. literally. I just love rubio with howard and harden. Its a dream to me. Also lillard kinda feel same.

    Yeah but I was trying to keep list down. Most of the guys you mention except for gasol would look at but they are bubble after first 22. but I do love an idea of twin tower gasol howard! Davis and Griffin are still not there if we are talking 2 year window with howard and harden.

    Rubio excites me and I just go nuts and almost cant sleep imaging rubio howard harden. Add a PF for example like favors , Cousins, Millsap, Aldridge, Smith. That would be the best team ever assembled ever.

    He would be a bad fit if we have to lose Parsons to get him. Parsons is a HUGE part of our outside shooting and is critical to our floor spacing, and LMA cannot make up for it since LMA cannot hit the three point ball.

    I'd say no too 4,5, maybe 6 unless he has a strong bounce back year, 7, 11, 15 at this point in his career, 16, 19, 20, 21

    Even if you were to discount Lin's ability as a player, the difference between Parsons and Garcia is too big to merit trading Parsons for Rubio. I'm not even going to go into Rubio's deficiencies as a player.

    parsons and Asik for Hibbert? Or even parsons for hibbert and whatever to make numbers work? Seems crazy. Hibbert is pretty damn good. In the end Hibbert made final cut.

    Step high post jumper top of key with Howard and Harden?

    We would presumably be losing Parsons Asik, Lin Beverly Garcia or at least 3 to 4 of those 5

    2 years left for duncan. he's duncan!

    Maybe but a big 3 of Howard Cousins and Harden doesnt intrigue at all? even if it meant losing Parsons? I agree this is a tough one but you have to make so moves. Cousins for parsons has to be a go.

    He's arguably top 7 PG in all NBA.

    If I could lose lin and asik and not lose parsons to get zbo that would be ideal. Lose asik beverly and garcia and keep lin zbo parsons along with howard.

    Got to be willing to lose someone like parsons,lin,asik, beverly,garcia if you can upgrade. Gotta make some hard choices in that sense.

    We have a short window. 2 years since 3rd year Howard might already start talking about next thing. We need championship not necessarily this year but AT LEAST BY 2014-2015 season. That will get howard to extend and the party can go on with harden as well with extensions.

    No time for guys like blake griffin he is overpriced anyway. It's value buying as well !

    and if we could some how add a PF to go along with Rubio as well? Like say aldridge,millsap, something like that? Im not sure by when rubio wants to get paid but:

    I know many of you guys have become Parsons homers because you think he's cute or something, but just take your homer glasses off for a moment.

    There is a real possibility his production goes down this season with the addition of Dwight's 20 points per game and the slower pace. I think there is a possibility that Parsons could drop from 15 to 10 points per game.

    Sure, his rookie contract is remarkably cheap. Morey has even intimated that Parsons has the 4th highest win shares in the team behind Harden, Asik and Lin. But having said all that, realistically, a 10 point a game SF with average skills in all other areas is not all that special... for a veteran making about $7m a year. His youth and contract are what make him an attractive trade commodity. But the CBA has started a trend that is becoming increasingly evident this off-season. Max players and minimum contract role players are what is sought after, not mid-level 4-12 million dollar players. I don't think Parsons is a top 25 player in this league. You would definitely trade him for any of the top 25 players and also for players 25 to 50 if the trade was beneficial to our circumstances.

    I love Parsons and think Les and Morey intend to keep him when his contract expires. However, the inflated estimations of his value in this thread astounds me.

    how could we trade parsons after he helped bring dwight here? it would feel way too low down if we just traded him like that. lol. Besides, most of those teams would say hell no to that trade anyway if it's just parsons. and if it's lin, parsons, and asik in the trade, then that's giving up way too much!

    Exactly. Some variance in opinion here. Especially if the main thing we lost was parsons?

    Heck I would do parsons +beverly or lin AND Asik for rubio right this second. Even beverly AND Lin. Heck I might even get rid of the whole team except for howard and harden and just hope for best with 2 Dmo at PF and Garcia at SG!!

    If I had to even:
    Howard
    Tjones
    Garcia
    Harden
    Rubio

    In this case would be nice to keep asik if getting rubio. But rubio is the dream.

    We need someone to get the ball to harden and howard. Its that simple.
