Well, if KOC likes him, I'm game. Didn't know his wingspan was that good.

I don't follow college, but just doing a quick comparison...how is this guy supposed to be a meaningful upgrade over Aaron Holiday?

Their height is within a quarter inch (though Thornton is much heavier) and they had eerily similar stats while both playing for big college programs. The biggest difference I can see at a glance is that Thornton was less efficient from three. If Thornton's % drops as much as Holiday's did between college and the NBA, he'll be about a 34% shooter...

    Someone help me here.

What are you talking about? We clearly need a solid 3rd string PG if Fred or Reed goes down. Bruce plugs right in, Fred probably doesn’t play b2bs this year.

He’s thick alright. I’m going to take a wait and see on him. I don’t think that his size will be that much of a detriment as many think it will be. If he can come off the bench and hit shots, he will force defenses to stop packing the paint against the Rockets which is something they desperately need to happen.

This guy is huge to be a point guard. We keep copying the league. Jalen Bruson won a title, let's find a short stout guy, that can shoot.

Man I’m pissed. That’s who I wanted the Rockets to select. We desperately need a young big that’s athletic and can shoot which none of the 3 bigs we have can do. Instead we choose another short guard. People complaining about how short Reed and Fred are then we move up to 31 to choose a guy shorter than his Mom.

Baba Miller was an interesting prospect . They would've taken him I would have understood.

If Thornton can score efficiently at the NBA level, it won’t matter pg or sg

I feel like the rockets are in the same league as the kings and wizards now just terrible incompetence at all levels that even casual fans could make better decisions

In La. Joeys Woodland Hills. Talked to our former 2nd rounder KJ Martin. He saw me in Rockets gear. I said come back to the H, that Sengun combo was legit. He said man, give me the right contract and I’m back brother. Lol
