I'm not worried, we have more picks. If you feel like there's no first round grades why not foul it off and get more at bats? It sucks as a viewer for sure but hall of famers still can come in the 2nd round.

I don't mind the trade, as that was one option I was good with, but I really wanted Jackson playing guard.

Only thing that bothers me is 2 years in a row they don't have a 1st rounder with the 5th year option.

There's definitely a drop off in talent imo. The plug and play starting linemen are gone, now we've entered the project/boom or bust area of prospects. The 1st rd just broke horribly for the Texans, it is what it is.

To add two third rounders and only drop 9 spots? If Conerly and/or Simmons don't get drafted in the 1st, the Texans will likely end up taking the same guy at 34 that they would have probably taken at 25.

What a waste of my time waiting for our pick. Ugh

At least tomorrow should be fun.

Yeah, I was Zabel and then Jackson, we gambled that a guy we liked would be there and they weren't. Once Minny took him, I think the trade back was right move and adding a early 2nd, 3rd and another 3rd next year (we already have an additional 2nd and 4th) is a nice stock pile. He can use the 6ths and 7ths to move around tomorrow as well. Should be fun night.

Don't mind the trade, not thrilled that the Rams got more for a worse pick. Oh well...

That first could absolutely be a lottery ticket.

We've got FIVE picks in the next two rounds. I want at least two O-linemen and 1 interior D-lineman.
