    https://www.espn.com/nfl/draft2025/...ft-mel-kiper-first-round-predictions-32-picks

    1. Tennessee Titans: Cam Ward, QB, Miami
    2. Cleveland Browns: Travis Hunter, WR/CB, Colorado
    3. New York Giants: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
    4. New England Patriots: Abdul Carter, OLB, Penn State
    5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
    6. Las Vegas Raiders: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
    7. New York Jets: Mykel Williams, OLB, Georgia
    8. Carolina Panthers: Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia
    9. New Orleans Saints: Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
    10. Chicago Bears: Will Campbell, OT/G, LSU
    11. San Francisco 49ers: Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas
    12. Dallas Cowboys: Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri
    13. Miami Dolphins: Malaki Starks, S, Georgia
    14. Indianapolis Colts: Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
    15. Atlanta Falcons: Shemar Stewart, DE, Texas A&M
    16. Arizona Cardinals: Tyler Booker, G, Alabama
    17. Cincinnati Bengals: Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama
    18. Seattle Seahawks: Armand Membou, OT/G, Missouri
    19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Nick Emmanwori, S, South Carolina
    20. Denver Broncos: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
    21. Pittsburgh Steelers: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
    22. Los Angeles Chargers: Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
    23. Green Bay Packers: Mike Green, OLB, Marshall
    24. Minnesota Vikings: Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame
    25. Houston Texans: Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State

Here's another player who missed most of the 2024 season. Simmons was out after six games with a left knee injury. Had he stayed healthy, I think we'd be talking about him as a OT1 candidate in this class. He's consistent in pass protection and drives back defenders in the run game.

Houston's pass protection was anything but consistent this season, allowing 54 sacks (tied for third most). Quarterback C.J. Stroud was constantly on the run. The Texans have left tackle Laremy Tunsil under contract for two more seasons, but Simmons could fit in at right tackle or even a guard spot for now before potentially taking over on the left side down the road.

    26. Los Angeles Rams: Josh Conerly Jr., OT, Oregon
    27. Baltimore Ravens: Shavon Revel Jr., CB, East Carolina
    28. Detroit Lions: James Pearce Jr., OLB, Tennessee
    29. Washington Commanders: Nic Scourton, DE, Texas A&M
    30. Buffalo Bills: Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky
    31. Kansas City Chiefs: Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss
    32. Philadelphia Eagles: Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan

We have a lot invested in the OL; high draft picks, contracts and FA. Do I think we need help? Yes! But I think the problem is more or less coaching, not talent.

    Tunsil - 1st rnd pick
    K. Green - 1st rnd pick
    Howard - 1st rnd pick
    Scruggs - 2nd rnd pick
    Fisher - 2nd pick

Either Nick is picking the wrong players or the coaching is not good. And from the looks of it, to me, it's the coaching. To many times, players did not know who to block, missing assignments.

I do think Shaq Mason's time is up and I do think Kenyon Green is a bust but outside of that, I think we're fine. And I think if they left Howard at one position he would be fine. Moving him from right to left is a problem.

I think we need to pickup an OL in Free Agency and draft an OG/OT in the 3rd - 5th rnd. Not all good OL are high draft picks. Detroit pickup a linemen we cut, Dan Skipper, and he starts for them.

I would draft a DT, WR, then look for OL

Ideally one of Will Campbell, Kelvin Banks (both to slot in a LG) or Malaki Starks falls to #25. If not I’m inclined to trade down similar to last year.

interesting options that appear to be going early round 2 on average:

    Jahdae Barron
    Wyatt Milum
    Derrick Harmon
    Kenneth Grant
    Nick Emmanwori
    Emeka Egbuka

Other round 2/3 options with Texans picks:
    Xavier Watts
    TJ Sanders
    Alfred Collins
    Omar Norman-Lott
    Donovan Jackson
    Matthew Golden
    Harold Fannin

On Day 3 we should pick up IOL and RB depth at minimum and ideally a LB to develop.

    Jake Majors
    Jared Wilson
    Dylan Fairchild
    Joshua Gray
    One of OSU backs
    Dylan Sampson
    Tahj Brooks
    Etc

Dane Brugler has us taking Tyler Booker with pick 1 and Tre Harris with pick 2. Hard to argue with that outcome.

He was injured for a part of the year.

I would absolutely love this pick.

Put Simmons at LG next year and move on from Tunsil in 2025 when they have to pay CJ. This pick would be a chess type move. Doubt Simmons falls to 1-25 though.

He's the best OT in this draft IMHO.

ACL injuries aren't what they used to be.

    A steal IMHO

It was quick but yes. He catches it in the air, lands with his right foot, and then steps with his left before going out of bounds.

Houston Texans: WR Emeka Egbuka, Ohio State

Guard is the No. 1 position of need for the Texans, but the way this draft class is shaping up there isn’t a guard around that spot on the PFF big board, so instead of addressing their top need with their first pick the Texans go with a player that can make the biggest impact on their team.

With the long-term uncertainty around Stefon Diggs and Tank Dell, the best thing the Texans could do is give their talented young quarterback a reliable and effective second wide receiver to compliment Nico Collins. Selecting Ohio State wide receiver Emeka Egbuka gives the Texans a dangerous WR2 who not only makes the Texans offense harder to defend but also aids in C.J. Stroud‘s development. In their last season playing together at Ohio State, Egbuka posted a 74-catch, 1,151-yard and 10-touchdown season. The pre-existing chemistry and history of production between Stroud and Egbuka would make a valued addition to the Texans offense and provide C.J. Stroud with a pass-catching weapon for the intermediate level (between 10-19 yards downfield), where the bulk of their yards and touchdowns came together.

85% separation on all of his routes vs ND. TX and Oregon in the playoffs. One of my favorite professional separators .
Light a candle so that he can be there at 25

If the Titans don't go QB, it pushes 2 players down as Hunter no longer goes to the Pats. Browns take a QB. So that's a start for Emeka to fall 3 spots, just need Dolphins plus Steelers to go Defense and the Chargers to fall in love with Loveland. If only they had a former Michigan HC to help out

We need an immediate replacement in free agency for a center or offensive lineman, to step in and replace our weakest link. We can't expect another draft pick at that level in their first year. I'm perfectly fine with the best WR as our #1 pick, unless a better prospect at TE happens to fall into our hands. We can't allow injuries at WR and TE to kill us again, because our depth level isn't that good. Hopefully a new offensive line coach can coach the younger struggling players into what their draft projection showed they could be capable of doing.

If the Titans are going after a "generational talent" like they are rumored, I don't see them drafting a QB. I don't see a generational talent in this draft but that would likely be a Travis Hunter or Abdul Carter.

Man if we could snatch him I’d love it. Just think we’ll have to trade up to do it.

Not that it’s important but I’m curious to see Emeka’s 40 time. Olave shocked everyone when he ran a 4.26
