That stupid NOLA trade to move up to draft Queen is looking even more stupid now that they’re winless. Who in the right mind gives up an unprotected 1st next year to move up to pick a guy at 13?
The entire NBA did a double-take when this trade was announced. I actually think Derik Queen is a very intriguing prospect and could end up being an absolute steal at 13, but trading an unrestricted pick for him was insane.
Let's also not forget they traded the pacers their 1st rounder back to them the day before hali got injured in game 7. They could be in great position to have 2 top 5 picks and instead they have nothing lol
Not only that, but the Unrestricted 1st rounder from the team with most injury prone star......wasn't enough. They had to throw in their 2025 23rd pick and move up to 13th pick. In what universe do the Hawks say "No" to the UFRP for the 13th pick, then NOLA says fine...here is our 23rd pick as well?

Clippers couldn’t beat Heat. The ending was a really bad way of utilising all the offensive talent that they have on this team. Also, it kind of blows my mind that they did not have Chris Paul on that last possession.
