Only one that makes sense is Arenado with Bregman leaving. His decline offensively is concerning though.
Why wouldn't they just resign Kikuchi instead of giving up a prospect to pay Gray $25M a year? If Bregman leaves, 3B is going to be a way bigger priority than 1B with Singleton being solid against RHP. Our current options there are trash unless you think Matthews is ready to take over.

Now that they're in the playoffs, Mets may sandbag this game. Or maybe they try hard to stick it to a division rival and deny them the playoffs. I'd hate to be a Diamondbacks fans watching the fate of their team resting on the bats of another team.

We'll see. There's been a longstanding unwritten rule in MLB to not jake games at the end of the season if it matters to either team for postseason purposes.
