Don't get me started on BMI. I've been 'obese' with 12-16% body fat for years.

Why BMI is inaccurate and misleading

BMI is a decent indicator for the average couch potato.
It doesn't work for well built athletes.
Bodyfat % does but then you get into the best way to accurately measure it, best way being killing you and doing an analysis of fat/muscle/bone etc.
If you truly care, get a Dexa scan.

Our womens gymnastics team is stupid dominant. Just watched the whole program, they didn't even bother mentioning what kind of lead they had or anything they needed, it was that big of a blowout and foregone conclusion.

 

Simone Biles on the floor jumps so much higher and faster than everybody else it's like she's doing a different sport than the rest of the world. It is almost scary to watch.

The whole team was insane- that was dominant as hell.

For real, how in the hell does she get that high, I wonder if its because she is so petite but dam, she is playing 3-D Chess and the rest of them are playing checkers

Simone Biles is 4'8 and getting almost 12 feet in the air, imagine having verticality that is 2-3X your body height for perspective.
