The Buccs are the 3 seed and Washington is the 6, so you are confused on that. Putting aside you not even knowing all the seeds, the seeds don't matter when it comes to "upsets." For example, the Texans are the 4 seed in the AFC, only because they won a crap division. It would be an upset if the Texans beat the number 5 seed Chargers.
