Cooper is one of my favorites. He would be the first of his kind to play the cornerback position since Jason Seahorn back in 2002. What? Bellichick can corner the Colombian CBs but we can't get a cooper or a shipley?

What do you guys think about Cody Schrader? He's been running zone all his life. Has a faster time than Arian Foster but looks so slow making his cuts. I need more convincing to give him a look with my imaginary 5th round pick.

Would hate to see the jags get egbuka. Why would the cards not get kool aid with that pick instead of letting him go to the broncos?

If we don't get a stud offensive lineman in free agency I want one with our first pick. I'm tired of seeing Stroud scramble for his life. If we lose him, we are screwed. Anyone else is replaceable to still win games.

There could be 10-12 OTs taken before the first IOL. And would any of these be better than guys we already have on IR who we'll be getting back? Just remember, we have (or have had) at least 17 OL under contract this season with many on IR.

I'm more than happy with Tunsil/Juice/Patterson/Mason and Howard. It takes more than a season for the line to get adapted to the new scheme. 2007 with Gado and Ahman Green. It shouldn't be this rough but the first year is always bad now add all the moving parts.

Jermaine Burton is growing on me as the next receiver to call up Stroud to put in a word for him. Can run all the routes Stroud excels at throwing, 4.4 speed and lastly ALLLAAABAAAAMA!!! While the first round names are sexy, this guy would make other teams fear the deep threat just as much. 2nd day pick with 1st round value for this team.

    WRs: Nico/ Dell/Woods/ Burton/ Metchie/ X

    TE: Jordan/ Sanders or Dalton/ Sanders/ Jordan

Who knows. I'd still like a top free agency pick who is better, and trade off the worse guys. I'd still rather try for one with our top pick. Our receivers are doing fine, and it would be so nice to see Stroud get more time in the pocket like some of the other QBs get. The guys we have aren't making holes well enough for our running backs, and our running game has to be much better. They make it look so hard to get 2 yards on 3rd down that Stroud almost always has to pass to convert. The other teams take advantage of that. Stroud needs more protection too, because he's scrambling from defenders far too much lately.

I just want him to say, “I only want to play with CJ”

So if the Steelers lose tonight do we move into the wild card spot?

I believe so with the better record at 7-5 vs 7-6. At least for a moment, the AFC South will have 3 teams ahead for the playoffs.

    JAX 8-4
    IND 7-5
    HOU 7-5

    WC

    CLE beat IND
    IND beat HOU

HOU v CLE Week 16 in HOU

Would really love the fit of Malik Nabers with CJ. A lot of things would have to go right for it to happen though. Browns miss playoffs, he runs a slower than expected 40 time, Texans able to trade up….

Some talking head made a point about WR. Said that with the way football is currently trending in the US, there will always be a good crop of WR talent available every other draft.

I would go BPA with the first pick, regardless of position. Then draft for need every other round.

The WR class wasn't good last year.

The best one in the class was a 3rd rounder..
