I remember a clip where Caserio poked fun at the shallowness of draft "evaluators" by saying we took Stover just because he was from Ohio State. Nick has a great dead pan humor at times which confuses the checker players at the chess match and knife fighters at the gunfight.

Just think, we also have a emergency RB and emergency DE!

 

Stover > Schultz in the run game. Quitoriano and Jordan are horrible at blocking

 

Great video and interesting because going into draft his weakness was blocking (he said himself) as he is new to position and doesn't yet understand the nuances of blocking. This video kind of shows that he does now at least fundamentally.

 

Those two block play by Quitoriano was surprising. Thought he would've been a much better blocking TE...maybe he just did bad on those two specific plays. He'll most likely get cut due to the inability to stay on the field.

 

I thought Quitoriano looked pretty good blocking in the game against the Bears. Of course he got hurt again, which is an issue.

 

Will they carry 4 TE? What have they done in the past?

 

They carried Schultz, Jordan, Quitoriano and Schaubert last year

 

Who the hell was Schaubert?

So Schultz/Jordan/Stover/Quitoriano then? 1 on the practice squad for whenever Q is hurt?

Or do they keep an extra WR?

 

He was on the team last year, although I probably misspelled his name. I would expect Ryans to go with 3 TE's. The question is does he go with 3 TE's and use Jordan as an H-Back, fullback? The guy I like but looks like he's going to be the odd man out is Hairston. This guy can play, but he's going to get caught up in a numbers game.
