This post has aged very well and I hope it continues to do so. C J Gardner just adds strength and a mentor for Bullock to cut down his rookie mistakes.

I rarely feel qualified to evaluate college talent, but I immediately felt like the combination of Lassiter and Bullock would work wonders for each. I posted as such and if you look back on my post history, it's just not me. But it was a real intuitive thought which is out of character.

I do admit enjoying seeing their accolades.

I love a great roaming safety. Changes the game completely and takes a defense from good to great, fast

This is why I have faith in his USC teammates Solomon Byrd and Woody Marks. Lincoln Riley is just a glorified QB coach cos playing as a Head Coach. He can’t develop talent. Period. You could make the argument that he’s an overrated QB coach as well. Anyway, Lincoln Riley sucks huevos and his BBQ Brisket also sucks huevos.

    LOL.

What's this about his brisket? Is it like John Cornyn level of suck?

He tweeted this dry as f*ck unfit for human consumption pic of his Sunday BBQ a few years back during his OU days. He called it his masterpiece or something similar [IMG]

So it is indeed Cornyn-level horrific. Cornyn had the balls to publicly blame it on his wife, though, which is an extra-special move.
