He’s been the best rookie defensive player so far. Bullock has been solid as well other than a few rookie mistakes. Caserio can draft his butt off

how does passer rating work? if you have given up 2 catches, how can u have a 0 passer rating ? the interception negates it or the catches were for a loss?

I was a little frustrated by the overall performance of the secondary in the first half, far too many easy passes to the first target for Williams.

However they didn't give them s**t in the second half, so I think they might have just had a bad gameplan in the first.

It's the same way a passer rating works but for cbs. If a QB goes 10/12 completions but only averages 4 yards per pass. His rating is going to be around 80. If you throw an int with those numbers the rating drops to 40 ish.

They've thrown Lassiter's way 10 times, only 3 were completed for 20 yards plus he got the Int...
You plug in those numbers to the fancy Passing calculator
    https://www.pro-football-reference.com/about/qb-rating.htm

    it comes out to zero.

It's very hard for any group of DBs to make plays when the QB is given all the time in the world to throw, and he almost exclusively throws dumpoff passes for short yardage +YAC.

Shout out to Ryans for adjusting and blitzing heavily in the 2nd half, there's "Coverage Sacks" and "Pass Rush Picks", and they generated the latter.

Kamari has a real shot at DROY. Thought DT Byron Murphy would have a shot, but I guess it’s true that DT usually take a year or two for them to really shine.

I’d really like to see Chargers RT Joe Alt win OROY. Dude absolutely deleted Max Crosby week 1. Plus, it would be nice to see a big ugly get the award over more of the flashy offensive positions. That way fan bases don’t b*tch and moan when a OL gets drafted high in the first round.

Most likely Brock or Nabers win OROY

I would take Alt all day every day over Bowers and Nabers. Sux that our game is scheduled at the same time as Steelers vs Bolts this Sunday. I really would’ve loved to see him go against Baby Watt.

I would take Alt also, and he's been great at RT...but you know you got a LT there.

If you're watching at home, you can always have 2 screens on lol

Trenches out is how you build a football team. They had the right idea to help CJ but the entire starting OL got injured at the same time, which was unfortunate.

Look at the bears for how NOT to build a team, multiple high draft picks spent on top recievers and a big payday to a top running back and they can't use them because a 5 man blitz strikes home every time.

He won't win, but looking at his highlights, Joe Alt should be in the top 5.
