It's still a funny nickname. The Thunder aren't that impressive because of their offense. I don't see how Chet and Caruso will help that end much. It's worse than the free throws. Getting into the penalty early is also part of it. Another part is the fouls the refs let go. Davis smacked a Spur twice the other night to get a clean shot. No foul. The refs apparently wanted the Lakers to win that game and even this game from the start. The difference was that the Spurs gave up, and the Thunder did not. You'll see when they play the Rockets.

Pretty nice seeing some new teams near the top of the standings so far this year. Cavs, Orlando, Rockets, Grizz, and even the Spurs are 2 above .500.
Grizz was a good team 2 years ago, they just had the whole Ja Morant pulling a fake pistol (who knows) and the whole injury saga. Dillon Brooks left because they had that 1 gap year.
Halfway through I thought "There's no way this keeps going", but it did. Painful. Jokic is the only non-Rockets player I bother to watch anymore because he at least reminds me that basketball can be beutiful and creative.
