    He has fought going to the pen in the past, and I was told before this LAST injury that they are afraid he might get hurt more often going out there 50-60 times out of the pen. Thus far, they seem to think he is starter or bust.

    Yeah, the talent is there - he may not be as consistent as France or maybe Urquidy or Arrighetti down the line - but he has really high upside.

    Interesting.....also if a starter gets injured, you can move him back to the rotation and then call up a bullpen arm. Unless they prefer to call up someone like Arrighetti (or Whitley lol) and keep Garcia in the pen. You said McCullers fought it in the past. How would Garcia feel?
