    Rangers may regret this

Rangers seem to be going all in this year. They really think they can take the crown away from Houston. Will be interesting to see how things play out.

Show us why you make the big bucks Dana Brown.

If the Rangers buy their way into a championship this year how long before their fans start chirping that this is the first true baseball championship the state of Texas has seen...to bad last year happened numb nuts...

Also to add to this. A potential Astros Rangers matchup in the playoffs is possible. Scherzer has solid numbers against Houston(think he went 7 innings and allowed 1 run this season)

The deadline will make a huge difference.

Right now, I still think the Astros should win the division. My estimate is 60%-40% Astros

The next 3+ days will be eventful and each deal will move those percentages.

Here's hoping Brown makes at least the right deals to hold them off.

So the Rangers could end up with DeGrom and Sherzer. both former Mets

Have you even looked at our remaining schedule compared to theirs?? Go look at it and tell me if you still think it's a 60% chance that we win the division.

Scherzer saying no would make me feel so good after Hamell said no to us all those years ago. Eff the rangers

Love it if Max goes to Texas. That’s one less suitor for JV and increases the likelihood that we get JV exponentially. JV did not sign up for a rebuild and that’s exactly where the Mets are going now it appears.

Scherzer has wanted out of the Mets so pretty sure he's headed to the Rangers. Now let's just hope Rangers gave up the farm for him.

Apparently Rangers want him back next year as well but not for his salary so hoping Mets eat some money next year.

Imagine if Houston got Verlander. And then they meet in playoffs and it's JV vs Scherzer
