    The Orioles are supposed to be the next Astros. They may very well be but since 2015 this group of Astros (including Correa, Springer, etc) always performed well in the playoffs. Based on this year’s performance, the Orioles look closer to the Dodgers than the Astros.

    As I say that, Balt finally scores 1. That will do more for them then trying to swing for the fences. It'll be interesting to see if they can stick to their game plan to chip away.

    Nothing would be more demoralizing to the Rangers than to lose this big lead

    I'd say the Twins are more like the next Astros than the Orioles right now

    In 2015 the Astros played the reigning champs (Royals) and barely lost the series 3-2.

    The Orioles won 101 games this year. Virtually zero playoff experience on their young roster. They are definitely more like the Astros. They also have Lunhow’s assistant as their GM. They are following our blueprint. They will go deeper in the playoffs next year, as a more experienced team.

    But the Astros didn't get swept in 2015 and missed the playoffs in 2016. If the Orioles make the playoffs next year then that's not exactly like us ;)

    Seriously though, that's why I said Right now... meaning this series
