You saw the halfassed relay throw get to the catcher right after Heim had thrown on the brakes and headed back to 3rd. I say Way. Show me an overhead replay! Haven't seen one yet. Simply because there's 2 outs vs a dealing Glasnow I send him. Leadoff hitter with runner on 3B makes me say "nope".
nope. I saw the ball reach the deep wall and heim already hitting 3rd and rounding it as the ball was getting throw from hitting the wall and hit the cutoff. he then turns around going down 3rd bc of beasley lol
These announcers aren't too bright. That would have been an easy double play if it didn't hit him in the leg.
I favored TB heavily to win this series going in. But if the Rangers get some pitching, then its even. And if TB doesnt play better defense than this, I give the edge in the series to Texas (cough, barf).
Those first round byes for division winners is pretty nice to have right about now. I.E., if we had had to play in the wildcard, some of our guys would have been pitching on fumes as well.
