Where is the report stating Texans will pass on Stroud? I’m seeing they will take Will Anderson from folks.. but I’m trying to figure how your coming to that conclusion? Specially with what Demeco just said in a recent interview…
Funny enough majority of what I’m seeing from Panthers fans want Cj.. seems to be the opposite here with majority of the Texans fanbase wanting Bryce. Should be a very interesting draft night.
I don't think you'll ever see a report like that. It would be stupid to admit that. I mean if CAR wants Stroud and knows we'd pass on him at #2 they might get cute and try to trade down with a team that wants Young and still think they can get Stroud below #2. THAT'S why I think we're trying to seem like it doesn't matter much which QB is there at #2. If you want one of the top two qb's you have to stay in the top 2 spots! It's also why I think we didn't show up at the BY or CS pro days. We didn't want to give away any "tells" like CAR did! Plus we'll still do everything we need to on their private visits anyway! Just smart draft strategy imo.
