A guy I'm really starting to like a lot at 2-32 is Daylan Henley

    Love those first two picks!

I believe Carter is a difference maker, everything I've read he was the best DL on GA squad the last few years, He's been compared to everyone from Warren Sapp to Alan Page. The old timers will remember Page, he was 6'4" 245, wore #88 and was a total disrupter as a DT, that's likely where the comparison comes from.

Sanders, reminds me of some old school LBs who had size but could also move. Adding him would give Coach D some added athleticism in the front 7 with Harris. I also like Lukas Van Ness a lot and if Sanders isn't there, maybe he is. That would give our line two extremely tough, powerful and impactful players.

Need to look at the rest a little bit more, especially Boutte.

Man a DL with Carter/Van Ness/ Smith in one draft would be a transformational draft. No more of teams setting records running the ball against the Texans. Add Edmunds and Ward in FA the defense would be top 15.

You would still have draft picks to add a WR, C, TE that could all be difference makers.

    Give me this.

Would you be happy drafting Schmitz or Mauch at 1-12.

I think they're both 10 yr starters. You could do worse.

If I see one more mock with the Texans picking Will Levis at #2 I am going to throw up unicorns farting rainbows.

I'm kinda hoping Levis is the pick for this very reason.

Picking Levis would be very entertaining.

I'm hoping Kubiak helps Ryans make the QB pick. Whoever Kubiak signs off on I'm good with.

Reminds me of Cam Newton. Doesn't mean he'll be Cam, but that is the player I see if he makes it in the NFL.

Could get behind Richardson if we had a quarterback like Brissett and a QB coach like McCown (serious here... I think McCown is a great teacher who has seen a TON of varied football).

using our fist or second pick? I like his traits cause it would be nice to have a good mobile QB that can sling it but man he may be a 3 year project. If we knew we could get him with our 2nd round pick then yes but not with our firsts.

That's the thing with Richardson. If you like him, you're going to have to trade up from 12 to get him. Not sure what that would cost you, but potentially it'd be like 12, a third this year and a second next maybe?

Because of that, I'd be hesitant.

Gotta love the contradiction between sources. Some sources even contradicting themselves.
