This is the thread I needed in my life!

We need to draft Michael Mayer aka baby gronk.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Caserio traded back down either.

Texans could draft the next JJ Watt and it still won’t make a difference if you don’t have a franchise qb.

Really hoping for a top 3 pick.

Looks like the Browns pick won't be as good but should still be able to draft a day one starter with their pick.

People who think we're going to get Anderson AND Stroud, or Young or Levis will prob as bly be disappointed.

Unless Caserio leverages some of those future picks.

And this isn't the draft to draft your franchise QB. I don't like any of the QBs in this draft. If they get 1-1 they should trade down for more picks in 2024- and particularly 2025. I like Williams and Ewers in 2024 better than any QB in this draft.

Will Call not fold to the pressure and allow Caserio to build the team for the long term like Crane let Luhnow do with the Stros. If done right the Texans could have two 1st rd picks through atleast 2025 and build a dynasty. Yes, they will be able to find a franchise QB in this time. Caserio has already proven to be up to the job of the rebuild. Will Call let him do things Caserio wants to do or will Call make Caserio grab the shiny new object off of the top shelf now? I'm guessing Cal will be like his Dad when it gets right down to it and grab the shiny object. (David Carr all over again and no championships for another 20 years.)

Just what the Texans need. Another Ohio State QB. Fields put up similar numbers and did you see his suckage on Sunday?

True, but you don't draft a guy like Fields/Haskins because you need a QB. It set your franchise back 8-10 years. Notice a trend with Ohio St. QBs? The Redskins and Bears surely do.
