I meant WA isn't better than Carter. They are both great young players.

No, I'm Sorry, we were talking about Jalen Carter vs WAJ and I guess I got off track.

Apologies if I misinterpreted, but I don't know or care who the **** a Ruggs is. Apparently he's some kind of scumbag, right?

Yes, his foolishness killed a lady and her dog in a firey car crash.

He's a great athlete though and somebody will give him another chance. I hope it's not the Texans.

Right? Which is why I'm glad we didn't draft Jalen Carter.

The Carter situation was much different than the Ruggs situation. Ruggs directly caused a person to lose their life do to his stupidity. The person that was racing Carter was responsible for losing her and another passenger's life. She was behind the wheel and made a terrible decision as kids sometimes do. Unfortunately 2 people lost their lives do to that bad decision.

As far as Carter goes it appears he's been on the straight and narrow since being drafted into the NFL. Good for him learning from this tragedy.

I wanted Caserio to draft both WA and Carter.

They deserved it. When it's my turn, I'll deserve it. At least that's what I heard in my inner ear.

Funny you should say that. I also wanted WAJ at 2 and hoped Carter would fall to 12 after his incident.

I'll be honest. I didn't have faith in any of the QBs in 2023. So I'm glad things turned out the way they did.

My favorite draft of all time! I wanted Stroud or Anderson so bad, but never expecting getting them both.

I watched CJ slice and dice Georgia and it was readily apparent to me that he was, by far, the best QB in the class. Incredibly, the Carolina owner instead picked Bryce Young. As a Houston fan I was ELATED!

Big facts! The throws he was making in the rose bowl vs Utah is when he first got my attention. Only thing I was worried about is he didn’t use his feet much and Bryce did. I was a Bryce guy before the draft but glad I was wrong.

He made a mistake , I believe in 2nd chances, however he shouldn't get out of prison until after he's far too old to play in the NFL. Looks like he's a future Chief/Raven to me.

He didn't make a mistake. He deliberately drove at an INSANE speed that made it virtually inevitable that something horrible was going to happen - and it did. Did you see the video of the crash? He's a mortal danger to society and should never get out.
