We watched him. He sucked. Now it’s time to move on unless you want to become a Titans fan.

    Sure you did.
You watch how bad Stroud was under pressure too?

There is a reason why Levis slid out of the First round, and C.J. Stroud wouldn't have slid past 3.

Unless you're smarter, or more experienced that all NFL scouts?

The only thing Levis has better than CJ Stroud is that he has a stronger arm, more athletic, and built like a linebacker.

But having a bazooka arm and being athletic doesn't translate into winning super bowls.

The most important thing...being an actual quarterback, who is accurate, can throw WR's open, and see things before they happen is what wins. And Levis at this point can't do any of that.

I don’t disagree with any of this. I’m not saying Levis is a better QB than Stroud.
I think Levis is being underrated at some things and Stroud overrated at some things.

But Stroud is the cleaner prospect right now and definitely accurate.
My issue is he’s closer to his final form than Levis or AR, and I don’t think that final form is a guy you can lean on. You can win with pieces around him for sure.
Ultimately if Stroud doesn’t clean up his work under pressure, it may not end up well. If we can protect him and keep things on schedule he will do well.

I remember seeing Mac Jones and Russell Wilson do it and there couldn't be a wider gap. Wilson was super accurate and Mac really struggled with a lack of accuracy and arm strength. Glad we're not stuck with Mac.

you keep doing this, saying “better athlete”. I don’t think anyone has argued stroud is faster, stronger, or has a better arm.
Everyone seems to just say, stroud is more accurate, better mechanics, and just an overall better qb.
Yes, I too worry about the OSU system, and stroud under pressure. But you can’t argue with the above.. and just saying “better athlete” doesn’t really mean anything. And it’s no where near my top requirements for a qb…

When you have people comparing Stroud to Mahomes and Rodgers, there’s a disconnect. There are multiple people here saying he’s a good athlete when he’s not.
If you can’t see that I don’t know what to tell you.
The point of Levis is his physical upside, same as AR which most of you are ok saying has upside. Levis is cleaner right now and not much less accurate than the other two, along with elite upside physically.
That is literally all I’ve said.

I didn’t want Levis or Stroud at 2.

the reason people feel AR has more upside than Levis is because AR hasn’t played much football so the hope is he can be molded. There’s also concern about durability with levis after he lost his athleticism after an ankle injury for the whole year.

but this is silliness. Arguing about whether stroud is an elite athlete is pointless.

Levis hasn’t played much football either. But he is older

Still amazes me the delusion some have.
I want Stroud to be good, but realistically he has a lower ceiling than the top guys in the league. He just can’t physically do what they do.
Hopefully he can out QB them. Accuracy, processing and quick decisions

After watching that Michigan & Iowa tape, Stroud looks like a more athletic Schuab & that’s about who I think he will be in the league. I haven’t seen much more other than the Georgia game & a couple highlight videos. But so far that looks like a fair assessment. We can all hope for more but I don’t see any the mahomes/Rogers comparisons. Definitely gonna check out more of his film
