    Overreaction.

The man should be allowed to travel in the offseason without having his mindset questioned.

Some of y’all need to relax a bit.

CJ should have traveled to Pamplona and run with the bulls.
Patches O'Houilahan said if you can dodge a bull, you can dodge a bull rusher.

Quite. And I’m pretty sure nobody here knows CJ’s.

So perhaps we should withhold judgment.

He can do whatever he wants to do. We've seen the results of him traveling around the world.

I’d bet that had more to do with adjustments made by the league, failure on the part of the offensive line, failure on the part of Slowik, injuries to his weapons, etc.

But sure, blame it on travel.

    Correlation does not equal causation.

I agree, but excuses don’t mean fact either.
CJ was not good last season.

So it's fine to learn football, but it's too much to learn how to take time off.

Is there really a discussion on whether an athlete can travel on their free time or not?

Just stop it. I'm not telling him what to do. I'm just suggesting he's learning how to handle the off season. It's the same as every other element of his life and so far, he's doing a great job. He may have overdone it last year and he's simply adjusting.

I'm perfectly fine with someone taking a vacation...its a long off season. But I just felt last offseason Parsons dragged CJ around to do too many things in the off season, and it just seemed to me CJ didn't have as much time as he would've liked to perfect his craft.

I don't know if it's all true or how much it really effected him, but you cannot deny CJ did not have as good a year as his rookie season, even with the abysmal OL...CJ had quite a few miscues and missing easy/open throws. I trust he'll know himself more this offseason and know what he can do to improve.

I blame it all on Parsons for being a distraction last off season.

    Yep, everybody/everything but CJ's fault.

If you didn’t say that then I wasn’t talking to you.

Him traveling had nothing to do with anything. Football was still on his mind as he was teaching others the game. I don’t see a difference in that and players having games overseas. Except he has more time to recover from the trip.

He's still a young man, who had opportunities open to him and was eager to ride the experience.

At that age, with his success and money I would have went total ______.

I think he's learned a very valuable lesson and with Caley's energy and expertise I believe he'll blossom to a whole new level in 2025. We just need to secure his protection and get him some dynamic weapons to unleash.

Recalling Harlan's commentary vs Miami once they got it going. "It's like they're purposely finding ways to go off script on these plays. It's the only way they can complete a pass"

Not what I said at all. But please continue to put words in my mouth and baselessly questioning CJ’s mindset because he traveled in the offseason.

Again, correlation does not equal causation.

From what I read that's exactly what you were doing. Maybe your words came out wrong.
