Yah. He needs to go back to work on his mechanics this off season. Stop hanging out with that dude from the cowboys.
Yep. If he doesn't put up a lazy throw there we win. That was on Stroud. There's a lot of blame to go around, but a decent amount of it goes to Stroud for that lazy pass. Even more goes to Slowik for ineptitude. I don't think Stroud makes that mistake again in his career though.
I dont. Try to find the last series. Dalton on one play is lined up to the left and has his man beat running down left hash. Dalton was open on the attempt to Hutchinson on 3rd down too (the PI play).
No Nico or Diggs in the past 4 games, while being under siege in 3/4 games. Line played well yesterday so I expect him to get Stella's groove back as soon as #12 gets in there.
He'll be fine. He's just in shell shock mode because he can't be protected. The line was fairly improved this game. I think Patterson will help stabilize things. We will have to do some improving in the off-season. That throw was a regrettable mistake made by a young QB. Won't happen again.
I like Sarge. I mean, he wasn't lying. CJ was not good in the second half. He has not been playing well the last few weeks. As much as we want to b**** and whine about all the other problems, it's not like CJ is helping. If he's gonna be an elite QB, he has to be able to overcome some of these less than ideal circumstances (bad OC, injuries, etc).
It was the rollout at 4:25 left in the 4th. Everything happened just as it was supposed to. Reminded me of some old Schaub and SnakeDick hookups, but CJ just didnt see it. I take back my original comment about PI non call play. Dalton was open, but he slips.
