Watching penix, I don't see him able to extend plays. He bails and checks down at the first sign of pressure. Stroud did say better last year in the championship

If Tank didn't get hurt, he would be right behind Puka. He was on pace for 1100 yds and 10+ tds? He really only played 10 games (11 if you include Denver where he got knocked out early).

Night and day difference. No wonder the Jags came out like it was pre-season game.

Crazy thing about CJ 5 int season was he threw 3 in a game they won. Dude has proven to be special in that regard so far, hope he can keep that TD to Int ratio above 4.

He reduces the amount of baseline interceptions from his ability to keep tight spirals and high velocity on off platform type throws while being in the process of being leveled by a D-lineman or safety. A lot of interceptions by QBs come off of not being able to maintain mustard on their throws with a tight spiral making the ball float making it fall short and giving more time for a DB or safety to read and react to the ball. In fact CJ has a higher tendency to OVERTHROW it in those situations off platform which is insane. Overthrowing is so much better than underthrowing. CJ hardly ever underthrows.

Don’t forget, his first INT we got back on a fumble recovery on the same play.
