    Down 1 and the guy steps back to position himself for a 3 instead of catching the ball going towards the basket when there's no one in front of him.

    Edit: apparently the guy is a 27% 3-pt shooter but also a 35% FG shooter in general, so it probably wasn't going to work out well regardless. One of the few 4 year players who's actually gotten worse each year:

    Virginia stinks. they were never a threat to win it or go deep. never was impressed with their team. play too slow and not enough offense to offset that
