They should have won the game but Paul George went crazy throwing the ball away in the last minutes. I think this might be a nice pick for us because close to the playoffs, the coach is going to sit Paul George and Kawhi Leonard the last two weeks to rest their legs for the playoffs. The pick should be a 17th or 20th pick in the draft….nice potential players.
I'm hoping to combine this pick with some combination of Martin, Garuba, or Christopher to move up to the 10-12 range. Targeting one of Wallace, Black or Hood-Schifino. Im giving up on the KPJ as point guard experiment and any of these guys + a veteran free agent + Ty Ty would solidify that position immensely.
Sengun, #3-5, Clippers pick #20ish...another 1st? 3 firsts and a solid growing young player? 4 1sts and Sengun for Wembanyama? Done.
Hold up, hold up, hold up! You mean to tell me you want to trade a pick and JOSH FRIGGIN CHRISTOHER just to get into the 10-12 range? I wouldn't trade Josh Christopher straight up for Victor Wenbanyama. Clutchans is wild.
Denver's trying to ruin tonight. They were ready to blow the Clippers out in the first quarter, and now the game looks like it's going down to the wire...
This is becoming seriously interesting. The Clippers bumped us 10(+) places in the draft in order to play EGO 7 minutes??? Thankyou. Not kind, but if Kawhi or PG13 were to get injured... In the Clips favour, they have an easier draw coming soon. But I am hopeful they fall into (and out of!) The play-in. I never realised how exciting the play-in was for tanking teams who own a pick!!!
I know people made fun of the fact that we won't get a FRP for Eric Gordon, but this was better than a late FRP.
It certainly could be. I'll take a jump into the top 20 over another late FRP any time of the week and twice on Sunday. There are several guys I like in that range (Ware, Filipowski, Murray, etc.).
They have been losing, but god damn are they talented. Hopefully they don’t figure out that EG is > Russ.
