Since Seattle and Texas play 7 games out of the last 10 against each other, I believe the Astros will need to have a division by that point or else it’s going to be luck of the draw, because you will be losing ground to someone with every loss at that point. Of course the Astros have 3 left with Seattle in that stretch too. So really, the Astros are going to have get hot over the next 20 games and try to have a 2-3 game lead going into the last 10 games.
Let me get this straight…you aren’t sure which of Texas or Seattle will win 5 of the 7 but are sure one of them will? We might need to get hot to make it or maybe we all limp to the finish. You don’t know **** is what I think.
Five innings of no runs from Keuchel against the Rangers. Twins trailing 5-4 bottom of 9th so hopefully they can help us out.
Chapman was having issues finding the zone. The game is now tied with Polanco on first. If Kepler reaches, Correa could deliver a knockout punch.
I have an opinion. What of it? I think the Astros need to be in the lead going into the last ten. That’s my opinion. If you don’t like it then eat a d ick.
I'm assuming you illegally got to that opinion a bit early and now want everyone to celebrate you for it?
Lol. Nice. But yeah, I just didn’t appreciate that guy saying I don’t know $hit. Disagree, fine, but don’t be a bozo is all I ask. He couldn’t help himself.
TWINS WIN! Correa scores the winning run in the 13th after a long relief stretch by Dallas Keuchel. Former Stros still helping the team. With the Rangers losing in Minneapolis that should move the Stros into 2nd again.
Seattle now gets three games at home against Oakland, wrapping up a stretch where they played 13 of 16 games against the AL’s three worst teams. Just a brutally easy stretch of games for them.
I said that because your claim was idiotic. It is absolutely to our benefit that the Rangers and Mariners play each other but you are such a wuss you want to make it a bad thing cause one team will dominate but you aren't sure which?
Yeah, I mean that’s really all it was. This guy is so butt hurt about this. It’s gonna be way better if we are in the lead, otherwise the results are gonna have to be almost perfect for the Astros to win the division at that point. Any loss would be a guaranteed setback. It’s gonna be awfully hard for the Astros to win every game.
When they Giants finished their run with their 3rd title, they were the 5th seed and lower seed in ever round. Would be cool for the Astros to do the same as 6th seed. I mean Houston has good luck with repeating champions as the 6th seed.

Sigh. I don't trust the A's to hold this lead, and am really worried that the Mariners actually sweep the season series versus the A's?
