Gnabry is a promising young player that did great for the German squad in the Olympics 2016 in Rio de Janeiro. But he might need some time to develop on a loan deal, maybe in Bremen or Hoffenheim.
On a serious note, I've never heard of Irankunda and Zaragoza either before Bayern signed them. First one is 17 and plays in Australia, latter hasn't player top division football until this year. So no worries.
