yeah while I wish him the best I don’t see an nba player, and am surprised we guaranteed the contract.

Well, in the series against the Grizzlies, Draymond played as a 4 when Adams was on the floor, but was a smallball 5 when he was off. That's how I envision Garuba too. He's a tweener, let's find lineups and matchups where he can work best.
And yeah, he has a nice feel for the game, but I'd rather be conservative and say he's closer to a Chuck Hayes passer than a Draymond passer. He's too stiff and dribbles the ball too high currently.

Does EG really like houston as a city as a whole? I do remember he trashed NO after leaving.

I wonder if he's just not worth announcing on Twitter. He's just a dude NBA-wise even if he's a GLeague great. The rookies are still buzzworthy

We can place him where he fits best when it is winning time. That is not what I am addressing.

For right now, I'd like us to expand his game as much as humanly possible. Play him where he isn't as comfortable and give him infinite opportunities. A combination of bulk threes and HEAVY practice defending guards and forwards in space. You are wasting his development parking him under the rim.

From a standpoint of development, my offensive goals for Usman Garuba would be a bit loftier than Chuck Hayes. Obviously that is closer to where he is right now. (But who cares about where he is right now?)

Sure has been talking up Nix a... lot. Wonder if he really has taken steps forward. Not sure which fanbase they're trying to convince though lol

One way to find out - gotta show on the court. Talking up your players obviously is no promises but hoping to see real improvement. Not expecting too much though personally

They may be used. I don't know. They had a lawsuit against them from Nike a while back that forced them to shut down, I think. I don't know what became of that. I think they did the Rockets shirts after the lawsuit, so I don't know.
