Tate as an undersized PF is a gamble, but Wood at SF is a non-starter. He will get isolated and torched like Carlos Boozer on Yao Ming, nightly. Wood has no fit on a developing team. He is a bench scoring forward. Sengun also has maturing to do all around, though he's high IQ. It will come. But it's a bit delusional to think that lineup change magically fixes the team's current flaws. The biggest benefit is that Schroder and Gordon are better team defenders and savvier facilitators than Green and Porter.
