Only thing I can think of is maybe rates? Perhaps he shot more free-throws in 2020

Make that three of us. In a rookie season a tanking team, all I'm looking for is flashes of upside. His 20+ point game, the walk up 3s, switching 1-5, the confidence on bad shooting nights, etc all give me a lot of hope for the kid as he grows into his body.

Ingram would be a dream scenario.

Second season is super important, which is why the jury's still out on Jabari. But this is also why Jalen Green has been such a letdown. We just haven't seen the major leap that we were hoping to see. Post-all star break is something to keep our eyes on. If it's about the same, and if again, the start of his 3rd season is the same, he is kind of what he is

The Lowe Post - Givony podcast he did a segment on Smith that was down on his feel for the game - i tend to agree, that's a hard thing to quantify but he just looks more awkward out there compared to other top 3 picks

I really think this dude sucks. I also think his defense is WAY over rated. He gets cooked often, has really poor recovery on stepback moves against him and the part that concerns me the most: Buddy doesnt BOX OUT very often. He cant shoot, barely can dunk, cant dribble his way through a YMCA cone drill, and also has a sour ass attitude for a guy who hasnt proven he belongs on the court yet.

Damn he can't even buy beer until after next season?

Eric Gordon is in his 15th year of NBA basketball. Jabari is closer in age to Eric Gordon's career than he is to Bruno Fernando's age.

Is it me or does Jabari seem to get a pass when he plays poorly. Sengun gets all the heat when he makes mistakes but it doesn’t seem like that happens with Jabari. It feels like Jabari needs someone to take him to the side and let him know when he’s not boxing out or helping on defense. His body language tells me he believes he is playing the right way and the issues on defense are on his teammates.

Here are all of Jabari’s lowlights from last night’s game. He’s looking like a flatout bust. He can’t shoot, can’t dribble, can’t finish at the rim. That’s why they don’t run plays for this scrub.
