According to the people that cover the draft he would go number in this draft or both of the last 2 besides Victor.

So I guess essentially this draft has 2 #1 picks.

Barring some major injury on the main squad, I'd rather TyTy get major minutes running the G League team under NBA rules than get small, inconsistent minutes on the main squad.

    1) Fire Silas
    2) Play Alpi 35+ minutes per game and make him our offensive hub, like Jokic in Denver
    3) Play Tari 30+ minutes and KMJ 25+ minutes
    4) Start TyTy at PG
    5) Make KPJ 6th man, he can share 10 minutes with Bruno and throw lobs at him as much as he wants during these 10 minutes
    6) Trade Gordon and Nix (or cut Nix)

Or he could be another Shabazz Napier, Terrence Williams, Evan Turner type player.
Hype is hype. But is it real?

Looking ahead at the schedule, the Ignite will take on the RGV Vipers on January 21, 2023.

If TyTy is still in the G League, he would be facing off against Scoot. :D

Can't wait to give Tyty a shot in the NBA, have a feeling he'll take care of the ball, play defense and make his open shots without ego getting in the way. That's all we need from the PG and SF positions to be honest.

if he can be a Tyus Jones type caliber of player then it's a huge help to our ball club.

    100%

Hopefully he'll get his shot in the 2nd half of the season.

    This.

I'm afraid it will require a new coach though.

Rockets tend to call up Vipers players if we have big practices. It's a good idea to familiarize him with the team and system.

Who knows maybe they're thinking of giving him a shot already ahead of Nix.

I think he deserves a shot over Nix, if he nails it, he stays up and Nix is done. He blows it and he goes back down for a bit

Like it or not (and NOT in my case) Nix is now a fixture in Silas’ rotation. Only hope we have of seeing TyTy is if he can take Christopher’s small portion of minutes.
