As bad as Nix is, We can’t definitely say that until we see him get some minutes. I don’t believe JC is worse than Nix but I appear to be the In the minority of the belief…

 

JC's problem isn't whether he's better or worse than Nix, it's that he's 90% shooting guard/instant offense rather than point guard when he comes in. That man tries to make it a personal thing or a one-on-five contest at some point during his minutes on the floor.

 

which to an extent would be maybe fine. If you had someone in the starting 5 that got the ball moving more.

 

The only problem I see with what you posted is Gordon and Mathews being on the roster

 

This is my biggest issue with him. He plays incredibly selfish and it only seems to have gotten worse since last year.

 

Christopher is not a PG. He is a scoring guard, basically a less talented version of KPJ/Green. I hope he will get some minutes when Gordon is gone. But he is disappointing so far.

 

Mathews has only one job when he comes in and he doesn't do it well, but he pretty much sticks to it.
Gordon, I keep hoping shows something to get him off the team, but he's a shooter, so he does what he does along with hopefully some defense and ball-handling.
JC was asked to be like Jrue Holiday... instead, we get a PG that's really a scoring guard (which is basically what he always was in high school) with tunnel vision. This, along with the fact he eventually completely loses his marbles at some point during the game, leaving you wondering "what in the hell was he thinking?" I think is why he's glued to the bench for now. But ... who knows.

 

Honestly, JC is my least favorite player on this team. I love him last season, but the way he played in SL and preseason was it for me. I’m okay with him riding the bench for now

Who cares? He can look anyway he wants if he can run point and cut down on our turnovers.

 

Gordon’s defense has been horrendous this season. He also seems much less engaged. At the beginning of the year I wasn’t as sure as I am now that he needs to go to free up minutes for Tari. Tate coming back is going to be frustrating for the same reason. We need to be playing all the long bodies together so that they can build synergy. KPJ, Green, Tari, Bari, Sengun. A bench of NIx (for now), Gordon (for now), Tate, KJM and Garuba is fine. For the most part we should only have a nine man rotation or even an 8 man rotation, so losing Gordon and Tata shouldn’t necessarily mean more minutes for JC.
