    I would hope they have done their homework on him with that kind of a backstory floating around, because it sounds really bad. Two sides to every story though. Who knows? Not a good look Organizationally at first glance. I’d like to hear what they have to say about the accusations.

    The allegations are that a boy was assaulted by several of his basketball teammates in high school. It’s not a good story at all. I can’t believe the Texans of all teams would willingly put themselves in that kind of a negative spotlight in the wake of Deshaun Watson, but here we are. Either they are shockingly tone deaf beyond imagination, they didn’t do their homework, or they believe the guy wasn’t involved. I have no idea one way or the other, but would like to hear what they have to say about the whole thing.

    I read the entire article. Not making light of what happened, but I thought it was an exposed anus at first.
    Either way, those boys need to be punished. They should not have been allowed to play again imo.

    Side note, as a parent, it would have been really hard not to **** those boys and their parents up. I mean beat them mercilessly.

    Wow. Read the article, that was a step beyond bullying, borderline criminal. The parents should have sued that district. I can’t believe those boys weren’t punished. Unbelievable.

    Surprised he was drafted considering his player rank and if he was involved.

    Luke Heimlich from a few years ago would have been a top ten pick in the MLB draft but was never drafted and is now out of baseball due to abuse charges against him when he was 15.
