Yeah… when I heard about how bad it was (and it got progressively worse) with Westbrook on the Rockets I remember being upset MDA didn’t handle it better…. But I was being told MDA was handling as well as possible… and in hindsight I think that is true… he had Westbrook complaining about just about everyone on the Rockets and everything they did… and apparently he was the same way with the Lakers…. and any criticism towards Harden for not reigning in Westbrook should be gone with LBJ unable to get him on the same page.
In Westbrook's defense they did tell him he could play his style of game before the trade. Now his style sucks, but I have read that is what he was told.
There were rumors that Harden/ Westbrook basically did what they wanted it didn't matter what D'Antoni told them to do.
He is good for young guys cuz he uses basic plays which utilize fundamental bball principles. He also emphasizes defense.

Borrego deserves to go…2 straight years were Charlotte showed absolutely no life in their play-in game last year against Indiana, they were down 69-45 at halftime and were down by as many as 39 points this year, they lost by 29 to the Hawks…came out of halftime and proceeded to lose the 3rd quarter 24-42 he sealed his own fate If u can’t get your team up and prepared for a play-in game, why should I trust u to be able to do it in the playoffs? U had 2 opportunities to get us to the postseason, and failed in spectacular fashion with B2B embarrassments. Bye bye
Charlotte should consider throwing Mike Dantoni a ton of cash. His offense would be a hell of a lot of fun with the Hornets. Rockets can even give them Christian Wood who is Mike's type of player. He may never win a championship but when he has the right personnel, his teams win.
