IMO there's just too many things that can go wrong, with 14 seconds left to go. Dak could fumble it. A 49ers defensive player could purposefully "accidentally" play with the ball for X seconds. All 11 members have to run up to the line, get set and then you have to spike the ball - all without committing a penalty. Probably shouldn't have risked all that with 14 seconds left. 20 seconds or more? Sure. But 14, as evident, is just not enough time.
Also, as mentioned on the broadcast and in your video, Dak giving the ball to his center instead of the ref is just amazingly stupid.
Yeah.. Dak also ran too long which not only takes more time to finish the play but the lineman have farther distance to reset. Regardless, Cowboys were the better team over 17 games and earned home field. The game shouldn't have had to come down to a few final seconds. Learned something new: I didn't know the ref must touch the ball to begin each play. It makes perfect sense, just never realized the rule
Nick Bosa. Joey plays for LAC. So damn confusing when you get two great brothers like that. And lol at running a QB draw at midfield with 14 seconds left.
