Cowboys down by 10 but the game feels very much over. And, the one-and-done-in-the-playoffs mantra is seeping through the Interweb.
Cowboys can beat the teams that are hovering around .500 or less. They just can't beat the top tier teams. It's always something. They just aren't good enough. Dak isn't good enough. The o-line isn't good enough. The defense isn't good enough. When you can't do this against better opponents, then that makes you little better than middle-of-the-pack. This should be a statement game at home. But, they ran into a wall again in the Cardinals. It was a good season, Cowboys. See ya next season! I look forward to hearing Dak in the post-game talk about how we can learn from this and get better from it.
Ah...the Cowboys put forth one of their fake comeback attempts to make it seem like it was a close game. Bravo! Bravo!
Zeke was good at the 1 yard runs again today. It really helped bite into the 10 yards you need for a first down. 9 more and tell him what he's won Bob? 2 3-and-outs and a 4th-down-and-7! Should have never paid Zeke. Just rotate the RB to the next RB draftee or find another guy. They're only as good as the o-line.
Titans are interesting. Now the AFC #1, but I don't think they would be favored in any game they play. And yet, they done it without Brown, Julio, and Henry. It's been ugly. A bye week to heal, and what's interesting is they now add three superstars, plus they have added Dupree and Cunningham playing like all pro. They may not be a joke in three weeks.
No team benefits as much as the Titans getting that bye. The hilarious thing is the only reason they haven't wrapped it up is they lost to the Jets and Texans plus gave away a game they dominated against Pittsburgh by fumbling 5 damn times. If Ryan Tannehill was playing anything like he had the last 2 years, they'd be heavy favorites in the AFC if they get healthy.
The NFL reached out to Houston to see if they were interested in hosting the Super Bowl in case Los Angeles falls through due to Covid concerns @J.R.
As Tannehill's receivers and Henry get healthy I expect we will see a big uptick in Tannehill's play.
Yep, No need to have a centalized place where the prospects can take the test and the teams can get results for all players at one time. The teams are all going to have to individually do testing now and that's going to take up time and resources. BTW, the test is so easy a 7th grade could do well on it. Hard questions like what's the 9th month of the year are to much for some of these prospects.
Tannehill is a game manager that's it. He needs Henry to play well. Titans are only the 1 seed due to the fact that the AFC is weak with not one great team. They are the 1 seed due to luck and being fortunate.
