I love Yao, but I don't think he accomplished enough to make this list. He had way to many injuries and never won a title. These type of things are always tricky, especially if metrics are not involved and you don't know the exact criteria of everyone's reasoning? I dare say that they are perhaps for a lack of a better word ... mediocre. https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nba...on-the-nba-75-team/12ftkrq3gadl61qy0atjewe7yh I hate to point to Dennis Rodman, but he was more or less a complimentary player. He was never expected to carry franchise, like T-Mac, Vince, Dantley, Yao, English, Webber, or Dwight. I don't think he was better than Bob McAdoo, Dwight Howard, Yao Ming, Chris Webber, and Pau Gasol. I'd choose all of those players over him in draft, especially with a bad team. Even, with a really good team, if you replaced him on most of those teams he were on (Pistons, Spurs, Bulls, Lakers, and Mavs). Most of those teams are marginally better, at worst with each of those players. The Pistons had hardcore big men, but I don't think any of them were quite good as the guys that were snubbed from the list. The 96/97 Bulls will probably win more games with a player who brings more offense to the table, but also has the defense as well. It would've given them a low-post threat. The Spurs and Lakers probably also improve quite a bit. Though, Rodman has the rings, defense, and rebound trophies, like Russell. So, you cannot deny that. I don't feel like Reggie Miller is quite the same caliber of player as T-Mac, English, Dantley, or Vince, but a player he is on par with Klay Thompson, did not make it, but won 3 rings, has comparable many all-star appearances, and is just as deadly a shooter. He also never won a title, just like Dame. AD and Dame are great players, but you could switch them out with almost not much argument. Though, what makes them both a good selection is their metrics. They are both within the 75, if you go by statistics. That's why it's also tricky with metrics, as well. You also have relative to competition and rules. It's a mixed bag.
If Dmo doesn't win the Turkish league MVP, would it confirm that Sengun >>> Edit: nvm he's playing for Monaco? The Turkish airline's baseline advertisement got me.
Yeah the Turkish Airlines is the main sponsor of the Euroleague. It would have been a really nice joke though.
