I think the only type of food I've never had would be African. At least for the types of restaurants you'd find in the States.

I would say so. El Rey is like a fast casual version of Cuban food, not exactly a mom and pop place. There are dozens of Latin American countries, each with their own food and culture. Try the ropa vieja. Their Cuban coffee is great if you're a coffee guy.

I didnt like Ethiopian. It was too mushy and that common bread they eat is bland. I had it a while ago, probably need to venture and give it another go.

Never got the reason why people love Mediterranean food so much. Also bland and usually always the same- Some type of meat, slivers of onion with Feta cheese and yogurt I can see if the produce was super fresh but in that case super fresh produce is just good on its own.

Italian food has good offerings but restaurants charge way too much for some of their dishes. I mean, its pasta and sauce. Bam, $18. Want 4 pieces of shrimp on it? $30, and thats just at a regular Italian joint. I could see if the pasta was freshly made, but it isnt. Its the same dried pasta we buy at the store for 2 bucks. Same with Korean food- good, but overpriced.

Love Indian food, but it gets tiring pretty fast for me.

Best food is SE Asian, Shanghai Chinese, and Oaxaca Mexican IMO.
